Paz has supported NYC families since 2008 as a DONA-trained birth and postpartum doula. She believes that birth is transformative and that all birthing people instinctively know how to labor when given respect, safety, and support. Paz uses comfort touch, aromatherapy, acupressure, active birth movement, and grounding presence to empower families in their birthing journey.
